How do I contact Priceles?

Ships from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes/cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order, as we aim to process orders as quickly as possible. All requests after this time will be rejected. Once your order is received, you may return it for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. During holiday and sale seasons, please allow sufficient time for your order to be processed. Orders will be processed Monday through Friday. Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take 2-4 weeks for delivery.

What should I do if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Are there any customs duties or taxes?

Prices displayed on our site are in Japanese Yen and tax-free. This means that you may be responsible for paying duties and taxes after receiving your order. Once your order reaches its final destination, you may be charged import taxes, duties and related customs fees as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs. Please contact your local customs office for pricing details.


How do I return an item?

What if the item I receive is defective/incorrect/damaged?
If you receive an incorrect, missing, or defective item, please contact us. Once you receive your package, please include your order number, product photo, and all relevant references. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, your refund will be sent to your card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card issuing bank to find out when the funds will be credited to your account. If you have not yet received a credit for your return, please follow these steps: Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to appear in your account.
